Where are some good spots to play Disc Golf in Orange County?
I just started playing and I don't really care about skill level. Just a variety would be nice. I have been to the 18 hole coarse in Huntington and the 9 hole coarse at Deerfield in Irvine. If you know if any other nice spots please list...Thanks

The only cheap place I can think of is WYMCA. Next will be B&B. There is no cheap place to stay in London than those two areas. The rule is that the furthest you go from central London the cheapest.Hence, check B&B in the SW, SE, or E areas.

All the best!/
References :
Comment on The Benefits of Nutritional Supplements by Michelle

Nutritional supplements as in vitamin C and calcium and stuff?

They do have their drawbacks. Each person is different and may react to the combinations of nutrients differently. For example: Some people, when they get too much of certain minerals, may experience changes in blood pressure, hair loss, upset stomach, or other side affects. This is why it is important to read the labels and be cautious when taking multiple supplements.

Right now I am looking at a bottle that contains 500% of your daily recommended Vitamin D. And that is fine, but if you take this and something else that has 300% and another that has like 1000%, etc… - you may eventually end up with a vitamin D overdose. Vitamin D overdose can lead to your body absorbing extra calcium, calcium deposits in tissues, urinary stones, and certain nerve and muscle symptoms.

Don’t get too worried about overdoses. Just remember to take supplements as directed by the label or your doctor. But some other problems that you will have to worry about include excess hunger, too much energy, and upset stomach. Some people get hungrier after taking a nutritional supplement. It is suggested that they take stuff right before bed so that they sleep through the hunger instead of over-eating through the day. Other people get a burst of energy that will keep them up late if they don’t take their supplements early in the day. And some get an upset stomach and should take supplements with a small amount of food such as a slice of bread.

The benefits of taking supplements outweigh the “hazards”. Your body needs certain things for top performance and chances are that you aren’t getting enough nutrition from the food you eat. Proper nutrition can help lessen your risk of getting certain diseases or other health problems, they can improve your mood & ability to think clearly, they can help lessen the affects of problems such as arthritis, they can give you more energy and help your over-all body feel better. Not only do supplements help make sure that you get enough of the nutrients you need – they also generally make sure that these nutrients are in a form that is easy for your body to absorb and use.
References :
It's my job to know about this stuff. I am graphic designer for a place that produces nutritional supplements. (in fact, I am currently working on a label for a new company that sells supplements in liquid form)

Despite what the other say- I have a timeshare and I have traveled all over the world by trading my timeshare.

Some problems with timeshares is that many timeshares tie you into one location. And others, if you want to trade, do have a high "trading value"- this may make it difficult to get a condo/unit in the city of your choice.

Some good timeshares are Marriot, Embassy, Starwood, and WorldMark/TrendWest.

I have gone to Hawaii, Cabo San Luca (Mexico), Acapulco(Mexico), Cancun (Mexico), St. John (U.S. Virgin Islands in the Caribbean), London (England), Rome (Italy), Orlando (Florida), Stowe (Vermont), and we plan on being in Vancouver (Canada) for the 2012 Olympics. Other places I have been include Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan. There are timeshares all over... we have stayed in hotels that we would not have been able to afford had we not "traded" our timeshare. We plan on going to Asia and the South Pacific soon. We love Mexico so we go there a lot.

The only thing with the time share is you have to stay 7 nights in the same city. I do like the timeshare because most have their own kitchen and it is nice to eat in and save money.

So your question- do you need to buy a timeshare??? No- of course not. Will it make it easier to travel and see the world??? Yes- IF you buy the right timeshare and do your research.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions. I know several people who have timeshare and I also know several people who bought timeshares they have been unhappy with. I can help you have any questions.

A good site for timeshare reseach is: http://www.tug2.net

Make sure your timeshare trades through:
http://www.rci.com
http://www.intervalworld.com

These are third party companies that help timeshare owners "trade" their week at their resort with owners of rooms at other resorts.

If you look at their websites you can see there are resorts all over the world. The websites have logins- but you can view all the resorts without one.

Good Luck!!
References :
Please see my answer below
References :
Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's acai berries and 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.diet-easy-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $3.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Stay away from timeshaares. They are usually not available for trade when you want to go. Everyone wants to go to the resort locations the best time of the year. Some of these timeshare "resorts" are not as nice as a four or five star hotel.
